I have been wanting to do, a photo shoot based on the concept of “Capturing the body that the coolest right now”
I have never been averse to physical activity, but I am not good at keeping it up because of my tendency to get totally covered up when I get lazy, but I have been running, Pilates, and strength training for the past couple of years. I’ve been running for more than 10 years now…when I’m feeling down, moving my body helps me to stay positive, and when I’m stuck in a rut, I can look at it from a broader perspective and think, “It’s no big deal,” or “I can solve this problem if I just do this action”.
it’s so exciting to see my body change!
However, I have to promise myself, “Okay, let’s do it!”. It’s amazing that people can make a promise to themselves and keep it, and I can’t do it. lol
So, if you can motivate yourself to do daily training and limit your diet by saying, “I decided on this day for the photo shoot” then during that period you can be a little more careful with your posture even when sitting, or walk one station in vain, or whatever.
And I hope to capture the best of the moment in the photographs. Everyone has a different body that they are aiming for, so I want to capture the best of your body, not the body compared to someone else’s. Something that cannot be quantified in terms of weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and so on.
Until the end of April 2023, I am accepting photo shoots at a campaign price of 15,000 JPY!
Anyone who can post on SNS, etc.
This Sunday, I will be at the Tosa City Sunday Market “Between the Sea and the Mountain” to shoot by box camera.
It’s my first time at this event & it’s been a while since I’ve shot outdoors, so I’m nervous, but soooo excited!
I’m glad it looks like it’s going to be a nice sunny day!
Kochi Art Warming is a group of artists from various genres such as theater, ballet, jazz dance, flute, and classical music, who come together under the concept of “warming the heart through art”.
Their second performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” will be held on September 25 at Tosa City Cultural Complex Tsunade.
Based on Shakespeare’s comedy, the performance includes music, dance, and even comic dialogue! A performance that you can enjoy.
I produced a video for the play.
Same-day tickets are also available. Please come and see us.
The Umi-Umi-Exhibition is held every year around this time at Morita Utsuwa Seisakusho in Tosa City.
